Overview

The Facilities Officer at JLL is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the operational needs of the organization, particularly in a high-volume environment.

In Short

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Handle client requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering requests.
  • Support the Catering team with event planning.
  • Maintain the tidiness of reception and meeting areas.
  • Manage company vehicle bookings and stationery applications.
  • Adhere to procedures while anticipating client needs.
  • Work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
  • Participate in additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail in a pressure environment.
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong personal presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage positively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer service or corporate reception preferred.
  • Background check with no criminal history.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant experience in financial or hospitality sectors is a plus.
