The DC IT Proximity Services Technician is responsible for coordinating proximity service assignments in data centres, ensuring the delivery of standardized services and effective management of IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience as a Data Centre Technician L2.
• Knowledge of Nlyte DCIM and data centre operations.
• Strong understanding of server and networking hardware.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with physical audits and inventory management.
• Ability to manage and coordinate projects effectively.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to service improvement.
• Experience with data centre power schemes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
