• Provide first and second-tier technical support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage and troubleshoot device enrollments and application deployments using Microsoft Intune.
• Handle identity management within Azure AD.
• Work with Entra ID for advanced identity protection.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities.
• Conduct training sessions for users on Microsoft 365 tools.
• Monitor and manage service incidents.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365.
• Microsoft Office 365 Fundamentals Certification (MS-900) required.
• Understanding of Microsoft Intune and Azure AD.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
