Service Technician - Remote

Overview

A Service Technician is responsible for keeping the rental properties in excellent condition, both inside and out, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Complete thorough inspections of buildings, units, and homes.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and single-family homes.
• Ensure HVAC systems are functioning as intended.
• Respond to on-call and after-hours emergencies.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins.
• Perform quality assurance inspections of work completed by outside vendors.
• Maintain safety standards in the work environment.
• Serve as Mynd’s ambassador on the ground.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; technical college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Two or more years of direct building maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage one's schedule.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and use systems for tracking and scheduling.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends.
