Overview

The Customer Service Receptionist at JLL will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

In Short

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Greet and guide visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
  • Handle meeting and conference room bookings.
  • Distribute internal and external mail.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and services.
  • Provide helpdesk support and maintain a Helpdesk Tracker.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate local office events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with relevant experience.
  • Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, or equivalent.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in a customer service or reception role is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
