Overview

The Customer Success Manager will work cross-functionally with various internal teams and external stakeholders in the iPaaS industry, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Familiarize with company processes and tools within 60 days.
  • Conduct onboarding meetings for customer success.
  • Review customer licenses and platform usage.
  • Drive and close renewals in a timely manner.
  • Prepare usage reports and customer account summaries.
  • Track key renewal metrics for retention goals.
  • Work cross-functionally to streamline workflows.
  • Document customer journeys and account health.
  • Handle escalations to drive positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate on account strategies with Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or partner success roles.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience in contract review and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and iPaaS platforms.
