• Work alongside a small group of engineers and operators on Solana trading infrastructure.
• Drive significant technical decisions and shape the product roadmap.

• Create and maintain libraries for interfacing with BAM.
• Keep documentation up to date for various stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical expert for Plugins and BAM.

• Collaborate with third-party Plugin developers.
• Write blog posts and thought pieces on Solana block-building.

Requirements

• Familiar with Git, Rust, Python, Typescript/Javascript, and other modern languages.
• Deep understanding of the SVM architecture.
• Concise communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible with prioritizing tasks.
