Jito Labs is seeking a Validator Relations Associate to strengthen relationships with Solana validators, ensuring they receive top-notch guidance and support.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for Solana validators.
• Maintain accurate validator-facing documentation.
• Provide updates on product releases and support requests.
• Summarize and escalate validator issues to improve products.
• Communicate about JitoSOL delegation and eligibility.
• Track validator needs and provide feedback to teams.
• Draft guides and FAQs for validator onboarding.
• Contribute to the validator community through open-source resources.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Solana validator ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Solana runtime and SVM architecture.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
