Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Associate to join our Citi Handlowy team in the Industrials Department, supporting Relationship Managers in managing customer relationships and maximizing sales of the Bank's products and services.

In Short

• Support Relationship Managers in managing customer portfolios.
• Maximize sales and increase account profitability.
• Maintain deep relationships with customers.
• Cooperate with Analysts and Credit Officers on credit tasks.
• Work with product specialists to create customized solutions.
• Prepare customer documentation and reports.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Share successes and methodologies with team members.
• Continuously improve knowledge of the financial and economic situation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/corporate banking.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and processes.
• Experience in customer service and financial analysis.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
