With a mission to ensure that 75 million people facing systemic barriers can access quality jobs within the next decade, JFF collaborates with a diverse range of stakeholders, including employers, policymakers, and education providers. The organization employs over 300 staff members across the country, operating from offices in Boston, Washington, DC, and Oakland, California. JFF is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and well-being (DEIBW), fostering a culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences. With an operating budget of $105 million, JFF is funded by various government agencies, foundations, and corporations, and is focused on designing innovative solutions and scaling best practices to break down barriers in the workforce.
