Software Developer – Front End - Remote

Overview

The Software Developer on the UI team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable web applications primarily using React. This role involves collaborating with various teams to meet user needs and enhance software functionality.

In Short

• Design and develop web applications using React and modern JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers.
• Integrate APIs for data-driven UI components.
• Participate in agile development processes.
• Write unit tests and maintain code quality.
• Mentor team members and support technical growth.
• Work 2nd-shift (3PM to 12 midnight), Mondays to Fridays.
• Gather user feedback for software improvements.
• Document development processes and architectural decisions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• At least five years of experience as a software developer.
• Experience with React, Next JS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to learn new coding languages and technologies.
• Participate in Agile sprinting and ceremonies.
