Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting senior IC to leadership roles.
• Track record of success in a high-velocity environment.
• Bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of business and team dynamics.
• Ability to operate in both defined and ambiguous environments.
