Experienced Product Review Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Experienced Product Review Engineer will support the Aerospace Composites Center at Boeing, applying engineering principles to resolve product issues and improve processes.

In Short

• Apply engineering knowledge to assess and resolve product/process issues.
• Lead research on technical, operational, and quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for design non-conformances.
• Implement product/process improvements.
• Analyze problems for safety issues and recommend solutions.
• Support Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Boeing standards.
• Develop training curriculum for customers.
• Lead design of structural repairs and conduct strength analysis.
• Develop non-destructive test procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Review Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and mechanics.
• Experience with root cause analysis and non-conformance disposition.
• Lean principles implementation experience.
• MRB experience and certification preferred.
• Experience with Unigraphics (NX) is a plus.
• Ability to work any shift as needed.
