Overview

The Experienced-Level Product Review Engineer will support the Aerospace Operations team at Joint Base Charleston, SC, providing on-site engineering and technical support to the United States Air Force.

In Short

  • Provide Field Engineering and Technical Support to the USAF.
  • Assess and resolve product/process issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop engineering dispositions to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
  • Participate in design reviews and Integrated Product Teams.
  • Conduct static strength analysis for aircraft structural repairs.
  • Develop training curriculum for internal and external customers.
  • Work independently in diverse environments.
  • Support additional military-related programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal Boeing teams and customers globally.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in aerospace manufacturing operations.
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Material Review Board Certification or similar experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
  • Relevant technological knowledge in aerospace engineering.
  • Drug-free workplace compliance required.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to relocate based on eligibility.
