Overview

The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist at Jeppesen is responsible for ensuring compliance with various cybersecurity frameworks, focusing on CMMC and NIST standards, to support the aviation software business.

• Perform compliance duties in support of Jeppesen's aviation software business.
• Specialize in CMMC and NIST compliance frameworks.
• Analyze security practices and controls.
• Develop and document policies and standards for compliance.
• Communicate with teams across the organization.
• Support audit and compliance efforts both domestically and internationally.
• Work with C-Level executives and operational teams.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective measures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and/or NIST SP 800-53.
• Experience developing System Security Plans (SSP).
• Minimum of 3 years in a compliance or auditor role.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in vulnerability management or similar fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks.
• Experience with security frameworks and regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
