Overview

Jensen Hughes is seeking a Market Leader, Design Services based remotely within the continental United States. This is a technical Client focused leadership position that spends the majority of his/her time on business development with a primary focus on fire and life safety design services.

In Short

• Identify opportunities for revenue growth through professional design services.
• Perform project management and technical design services independently.
• Manage client expectations and relationships.
• Establish credibility with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Meet established utilization and profitability goals.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in technical consulting and client relationship development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling consulting services in the AEC industry.
• Experience with internal partnering and driving proposals.
• Network of General Contractors and Real Estate Developers.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Professional Engineering License or equivalent is desirable.
