Program Coordinator for Jewish Teen Foundation of Greater Boston - Remote

Overview

Join a team that’s reshaping the future. Under the direction of Director of Teen Programs, the Jewish Teen Foundation of Greater Boston (JTFGB) Program Coordinator will be responsible for execution of monthly workshops. The facilitator will be responsible for designing curriculum, maintaining active participation by participants throughout the year, developing stimulating and meaningful group experiences and evaluating each group session. Curriculum will focus on a grant-making learning experience through the lens of Jewish values.

• Responsible for execution of monthly workshops for Jewish teens.
• Design curriculum focused on Jewish philanthropy and grant-making.
• Facilitate engaging workshops for groups of 10-20 teens.
• Support teens in the grant-making process.
• Manage relationships with participants and parents.
• Track donations and maintain records.
• Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Teen Programs.
• Support recruitment efforts for the program.
• Participate in JCC meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Experience in program coordination or facilitation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
