HR Generalist – Part-Time Fully Remote

JB Consulting Systems is seeking a talented and bright HR Generalist to join our team. This is a part-time hourly position, approximately 10-15 hours per week. In Short

• Review employee handbooks and provide input for policies and procedures.
• Edit and prepare Human Resources forms packet.
• Assist in hiring and new hire training process.
• Write and update job descriptions.
• Provide hiring/recruiting assistance to clients.
• Conduct compensation research.
• Assist with personnel issues and employment laws.
• Manage employee benefits programs.
• Respond to employee performance problems.
• Assist with employee review processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in Human Resources and administrative role.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and meet timelines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Secure personal computer with high-speed internet.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
