Overview

Our client, based in Wiesbaden, has been successfully operating in the insurance sector for over 30 years, focusing particularly on Asian corporate clients from Japan. To strengthen the internal service team, a dedicated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) is sought.

In Short

• Direct contact with customers and insurers
• Comprehensive processing of group contracts in private health insurance
• Management and care of existing private and commercial insurance portfolios

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or first professional experience in customer contact
• Japanese at native speaker level
• Very good German and good English skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong service orientation, friendliness, teamwork, and organizational talent
• Independent and proactive working style with a high level of personal responsibility
