Overview

As a UX Designer, you will create holistic product experiences that perfectly harmonize users and brands. You will navigate trends, design intuitive user flows, and visually communicate your ideas in a dynamic environment.

In Short

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in UI Design, Development, and Project Management.
• Develop concepts for digital products, from scratch or optimizing existing ones.
• Take conceptual responsibility for your ideas and proactively advance them.
• Serve as the main contact for your product concepts in team and client meetings.
• Ensure seamless user experience through effective information architecture and user flows.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in UX, ideally within a large interdisciplinary product team.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop user-centered solutions.
• Proficient in tools like Figma and Keynote, familiar with Design Thinking methods.
• Strategic thinking with a passion for solving complex challenges.
• Motivation and solution orientation in daily work.
• Ability to present conceptual approaches enthusiastically and convincingly.
• Strong communication skills in a remote/hybrid environment in German.
