You understand how to create digital experiences that excite users and are functionally convincing? In Short

• You work on the creative design of a digital product family for one of our clients.
• You collaborate interdisciplinary with UX Design, Design System Architect, Front-End / Back-End Development, and Project Management.
• You work independently with the contacts on the client side and advise them with your expertise.
• You design extraordinary interface concepts for our client and proactively develop them further.
• You always consider the user experience in your work and let your own ideas flow in.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design, preferably in an agency.
• Your portfolio showcases impressive digital products and user-centered interface concepts.
• You pay attention to precise details without losing sight of the big picture and consistency across various touchpoints.
• Figma, including common plugins, is part of your toolkit, as well as working with a design system.
• You understand technical requirements for various platforms.
• You are familiar with Design Sprints, Design Thinking, and enjoy moderating workshops.
• You speak fluent German and good English and communicate clearly and convincingly, both in the team and with the client.
