In Short

• Design new experiences that delight customers and help eliminate crime.
• Focus on designing for web, mobile, and responsive design.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Support design for Investigate experience and other initiatives.
• Create prototypes for user testing and validation.
• Champion user-centered design practices.
• Produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 3+ years of cross-platform UX/UI design experience required.
• Figma mastery is a must.
• Participate in a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Formal training in design or related fields.
• Experience with design systems and libraries.
• Outstanding visual design and UI skills.
• Knowledge of design methodologies in user research.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• A high-quality portfolio showcasing web and mobile products.
