Overview

As a Producer on Project Zanaris, you will drive a talented multi-discipline team to produce the next iteration of content creation for Old School RuneScape, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.

In Short

• Work closely with multi-discipline leads to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Build and track milestone delivery plans.
• Provide motivation and support for teams.
• Communicate business and team objectives.
• Work with the Development Director on production and delivery roadmap.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production role at a games studio.
• Experience in relationship building and conflict management.
• Ability to translate team vision into operating strategy.
• Strong understanding of the games industry.
• Experience with development methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.).
• Experience with project and quality tracking software (JIRA or similar).
