Overview

The Compliance Specialist is an integral function of the US Compliance Team, promoting regulatory compliance throughout the JAFRA US market, specifically focusing on compliance with JAFRA Policies & Procedures and relevant laws.

In Short

• Investigate US Field Compliance incidents and prepare reports.
• Manage US Market Income Claims Policy compliance issues.
• Handle US Field Compliance communications in English and Spanish.
• Serve as a resource regarding US Consultant Policies & Procedures.
• Prepare agendas for Compliance Committee meetings.
• Support investigations and address financial fraud issues.
• Manage compliance vendors and software programs.
• Collect and report metrics on compliance efforts.
• Maintain documentation for enforcement incidents.
• Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree highly desirable but not required.
• Experience in compliance within direct sales or relevant areas.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, oral and written.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Ability to process and organize data.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power Point, Word, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to react quickly to time-sensitive requests.
