Overview

Jacoby & Meyers is seeking a smart and determined litigation assistant to join their team, where every employee can make an impact.

In Short

  • Generate daily/weekly reports for assigned tasks
  • Prepare/send documents for filing and track service of process
  • Manage team calendar and calendar mail
  • Prepare/respond to discovery notices
  • Coordinate depositions and expert depositions
  • Ensure compliance with appointment schedules
  • Use Firm's software for data entry
  • Scan and save documentation into the Firm's system
  • Full training provided
  • Work in a culture that encourages experimentation and talent development

Requirements

  • Very well organized
  • Good follow-up and follow through
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year university
  • Knowledge of Internet, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software
