Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Jackrabbit, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine. Your main mission: drive new business pipeline by booking qualified appointments for our Account Executives.

In Short

  • Drive outbound prospecting through high-volume calls, emails, and social touches
  • Identify new prospects and leads through proactive market research
  • Qualify prospects using internal frameworks to assess fit, need, and readiness
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Track, analyze, and refine outbound efforts to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to pass off leads and share key insights
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert marketing-qualified leads into booked meetings
  • Use CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and record activity
  • Stay current on industry trends, Jackrabbit features, and customer pain points
  • Meet or exceed activity KPIs and performance quotas

Requirements

  • Passion for technology and sales (especially SaaS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience in inside sales, cold calling, or outbound prospecting is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
