Global Lean Six Sigma Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Global Lean Six Sigma Manager, you will support Global & Regional teams with the development and management of policies, procedures, and system applications to enable global process improvement strategies.

In Short

• Lead as Subject Matter Expert for global & regional lean six sigma systems.
• Develop best practice systems/applications to optimize existing programs.
• Communicate key Lean Six Sigma strategies to regional teams.
• Establish methods to teach and mentor Lean Six Sigma philosophies.
• Ensure alignment of Jabil’s Lean Six Sigma mission with business plans.
• Revise policies and procedures with Lean Six Sigma Leaders.
• Integrate Lean Six Sigma principles for driving improvement projects.
• Provide support during Lean Six Sigma leadership transitions.
• Stay updated on trends in lean manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel 20% domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline required.
• Lean Expert or Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Quality, or Project Management.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and knowledge of statistics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to write reports and speak effectively before groups.
• Proficient in lean tools and processes.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
