The VP, Head of Infrastructure and Engineering is responsible for the implementation and operations of all technology infrastructure, ensuring security, availability, integrity, and confidentiality for IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• 15 years of work experience with a BS/MS in relevant fields.
• 12+ years IT Infrastructure experience.
• 10+ years leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading remote teams.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft infrastructure stack.
• Experience defining and implementing ITIL processes.
• Demonstrated success in rapidly growing organizations.
• Self-motivated with independent judgment capabilities.
• Experience in global organization/multi-country environment.
• Highly collaborative with attention to detail.
