  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11.
  • Expertise in Azure Active Directory and Intune.
  • Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of job stability in corporate support.
  • Professional fluency in English and Canadian French.
  • Remote work requires a stable internet connection.
