Technical Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our technical and business teams. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the technical and business teams, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional a Business Process Analyst.

In Short

• Work with different project managers to develop the project scope and timeline.
• Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents.
• Review and analyze system specifications, including the features and functionalities that are most important to test.
• Create user documentation including process flows, roles and responsibilities, and use cases.
• Assist with maintaining and documenting systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, quantify, and document business process improvements.
• Train users on system processes and applications.
• Participate in design and testing activities and participate in system implementations.
• Perform data validation checks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a technical support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems.
• Strong data-gathering and analysis skills.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
