Overview

The Intern will support the Talent Development and Strategy team in various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and development.

In Short

• Shadow Talent Team leadership and HRBPs to learn internal stakeholder needs.
• Research best practice talent and organizational development models.
• Develop high-quality learning content and communications.
• Assist with various Talent Development programs and initiatives.
• Support performance management and engagement surveys.
• Provide support for leadership development programs.
• Utilize data analytics to measure program success.
• Collaborate with key partners and maintain industry relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; pursuing Master’s or PHD.
• Demonstrated interest in Learning & Development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HR principles is a plus.
