Overview

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, direction, and implementation of a wide range of marketing projects, ensuring effective management and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Full English proficiency required.
• 3+ years managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong marketing project management experience.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Experience with agile approaches to project management.
• Degree in management of information system or marketing preferred.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Services industry experience is a plus.
• Consulting experience is a plus but not required.
