In Short

• Lead and manage complex projects with a focus on schedule delay analysis.
• Perform advanced analysis of delay claims using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Review and interpret construction contracts for claims.
• Analyse construction claim costs related to insurance events.
• Prepare detailed, professional reports for clients.
• Provide strategic project management oversight across multiple disciplines.
• Support business development efforts.

Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience in Construction or Construction Consulting.
• Proven expertise in construction scheduling and delay analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the Energy Construction sector.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills.
• Client-facing experience with strong business development capabilities.
• Occasional travel required.
