• Involvement in IT Service Desk
• Handling incidents and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support
• Communication with end users and providing technical support
• Using customer hardware for fault diagnosis and resolution

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, especially in 1st and 2nd level
• Proficient use of standard hardware and software
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented appearance
• Very good German language skills in both spoken and written form
