Overview

STA Personnel Solutions is a global BPO company, partnering with a USA-based client in the Healthcare Sector, who is urgently seeking a Junior Recruiter.

In Short

• Assist the recruitment team in the hiring process.
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct telephone interviews and book online interviews.
• Screen around 300 CVs per week.
• Work remotely for South African citizens only.
• Work hours are EST (4pm - 1am South African time).
• Requires a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Reliable power backup is mandatory.
• This role is not commission-based.
• Working hours may change depending on daylight savings.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail in resume screening.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus.
