Internal Recruiter (USA Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)

We focus on long-term placements where you contribute directly to the clients success.

We are placing a Internal Recruiter on behalf of our US-client who specialises in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental needs across multiple US-locations.

This is not a commission-based role. You will be embedded within the client’s operations, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding of clinical and administrative staff essential to service delivery.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple US-locations.
• Focus on clinical roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA therapists.
• Coordinate onboarding and HR administration for new hires.
• Support the recruitment lifecycle for clinical and administrative roles.
• Ensure compliance and integration of new hires.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Work remotely during EST hours.

Requirements

• Strong coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Experience with talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare recruitment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and power backup are mandatory.
• Must work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABA services and clinical roles is an advantage.
• Willingness to work remotely and adapt to changing requirements.
