Data Analyst - EST Hours (Remote)

Overview

ISTA Personnel Solutions is a global BPO company seeking a Data Analyst with Python Development experience to analyze large datasets and create insightful visualizations to drive business decisions.

In Short

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives.
• Write modular and efficient Python code for data manipulation.
• Automate data processing tasks using Python scripts.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Python libraries.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Exposure to machine learning predictive modeling is advantageous.
• Must have a fixed fibre internet line with at least 25 Mbps.
• Power backup solutions are required due to load shedding.
• This role requires working USA hours from 9am to 6pm EST.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis and insights.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data findings.
• Experience with machine learning is a plus.
• South African citizenship required.
• Must have reliable internet and power backup.
• Ability to work EST hours.
