Construction Manager (Remote)

Overview

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Construction Manager Home Office for preparatory activities for the construction of Oil & Gas plants in Sicily. The work will be completely remote, starting in February 2026 and lasting until the end of 2026, with possible extensions based on project needs.

In Short

• Participation in project meetings remotely.
• Quantity analysis.
• Evaluation of Construction Manhours.
• Preparation of Constructability Report.
• Identification of construction sequences and definition of Basic Construction Schedule.
• Identification of necessary areas for TCF, access roads, and work area reachability.
• Identification of Critical and Heavy Lifts.
• Preparation of pricing lists.
• Definition of Mechanical Completion Plan.
• Preparation of discipline-specific specifications.
• Follow-up on produced documentation.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in the construction sector, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Essential skills in pre-execution construction management, including feasibility studies, quantity/cost/manhour evaluations, construction plans, and schedules.
