Sales Support Associate - Remote

Overview

The Sales Support associate is responsible for generating bids and supporting sales operations for various products, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing and documentation.

In Short

• Generate bids using material cost sheets and market strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain client programs for flooring, countertops, and more.
• Create and manage support documents for assigned product categories.
• Perform cost and margin analysis.
• Build strong relationships with Account Managers and clients.
• Assist with training and onboarding of team members.
• Utilize various software for daily operations.
• Participate in customer-facing interactions as needed.
• Mentor junior team members in Sales Support processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of applicable job experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• 3-5 years in Sales Support or related field for advanced levels.
