Isaac Health is on a mission to improve brain health at the population level by providing greater access to specialty brain health and dementia care services. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help build internal platforms that support healthcare providers and enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Mid-career software engineer with strong backend skills.
• Able to solve complex problems independently.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in typed languages, preferably C#/.NET.
• Exposure to relational databases and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices.
• Experience in healthcare or privacy-centric sectors is a plus.
• Excited by ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Desire to advance into team leadership roles.
• Ability to contribute to a mission-driven culture.
