Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

IronArch Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to deliver new features and enhancements to the Ask VA Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related services, focusing on integrating, sustaining, and enhancing the CRM environment.

In Short

• Engage with stakeholders to align CRM solutions with program objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customizations.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs connecting CRM with VA.gov.
• Contribute to frontend integrations using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Work with SQL Server to design backend data structures.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with QA engineers for automated testing coverage.
• Troubleshoot production issues ensuring compliance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 Wave releases.

Requirements

• Public Trust Clearance or higher.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and C#/.NET.
• Experience with SQL Server for backend management.
• Proficiency with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Direct VA project experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
