Overview

IronArch Technology is seeking a Desktop Engineer to provide comprehensive support for enterprise Windows computing systems in a fully remote role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2 years of professional experience.
• Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I required.
• Experience with Windows Client Imaging infrastructure.
• Advanced experience with PowerShell and Visual Basic scripting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems involving multiple technologies.
• Strong knowledge of desktop security and configuration management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to interface with various organizational functions.
