• Seeking an experienced Desktop Sync Engineer.
• Design and develop features for Air Flow, our desktop application.
• Enable seamless synchronization for customers.
• Work closely with the CTO and senior engineering team.
• Focus on creative solutions for 2-way sync in a distributed system.
• Hands-on work in React/Electron and NodeJS codebases.
• Built on AWS; familiarity with AWS products is a plus.
• Involves building features, reviewing code, and writing tests.
• Mentoring and growing junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience in TypeScript, React, Electron, and NodeJS.
• Familiarity with SQL and AWS.
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
• Experience in code review and testing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
