In Short

  • You are the first point of contact for IT inquiries, providing 1st and 2nd level support to our clients and performing on-site support as needed.
  • You assist our Platform Engineers and Solution Architects with their daily tasks for our SME clients and support all our employees with internal technical issues.
  • You escalate complex technical and coaching-specific inquiries to our technology or coaching experts.
  • You help with operational and maintenance tasks, monitor systems, and engage with modern technologies (focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, PRTG, and Veeam).

Requirements

  • You work independently, process-oriented, and with a high service and quality awareness.
  • You are a communicative team player who loves solving problems and contributing in an ambitious team.
  • You excel with good knowledge of modern system solutions in the Microsoft environment and have experience in network support.
  • You have completed training (ICT specialist, IT apprenticeship EFZ, or equivalent) and have professional experience in customer service/help desk or service desk, along with very good German and English skills.
