Overview

The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported through various communication channels.

In Short

  • Work remotely 10 - 30 hours per week in 4-hour shifts.
  • Engage with customers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and follow up as needed.
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to CRM tickets.
  • Assist customers with orders, refunds, and tracking information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to weekly customer experience meetings.
  • Champion the company culture and values.
  • Flexibility to change schedule and work overtime as needed.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of multiple computer systems and software.
  • Passion for the brand story and product.
  • Capacity to adapt to different personality types.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • May require long periods of inactivity.
