Overview

The New Restaurant Training Manager (Non-Traditional) will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for franchisees, ensuring effective onboarding and operational efficiency in non-traditional retail spaces.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in restaurant/retail management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in training or operations management.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to consult and coach adult learners.
  • Self-accountability and autonomy in work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and planning abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
