The Scrum Master II role at IQVIA’s Digital Enablement Center of Excellence focuses on supporting and coaching development teams in adopting Agile methodologies and delivering high-quality software applications for the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• BA degree in communication, project management, or equivalent experience.
• Scrum Master Certification (ACSM, PSM-2).
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in JIRA, AHA!, and Confluence.
• Experience with distributed/remote teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid grasp of project management basics.
