Overview

The Virtual Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative will provide payment assistance solutions and support to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals, focusing on card activation and program eligibility.

In Short

  • 100% remote contract position.
  • Primary contact for patient and pharmacy inquiries.
  • Field requests via telephone, email, and fax.
  • Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Work under moderate supervision.
  • Shift hours: 11:00am EST – 8:00pm EST.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of call center experience preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred.
  • Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required.
  • HIPAA certification.
  • 3+ years of call center experience preferred.
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
