iPullRank seeks a Senior Account Manager who fosters long-lasting client relationships to join our team. Your success will be measured by your ability to retain clients, grow established accounts, and manage your clients' projects.

In Short

  • Build relationships and meaningful engagements with clients based on creative problem-solving and exceptional service.
  • Determine and pursue opportunities for account growth.
  • Manage client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables.
  • Lead internal team to successfully execute all client deliverables.
  • Review all client deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensure client retention.
  • Work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and to proactively identify potential issues and opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Adhere to established processes and workflows related to onboarding, project planning, contract execution, and offboarding while providing input on improvements as needed.
  • Lead client onboarding and work with the team to develop project plans.
  • Develop innovative solutions to help clients drive results and exceed campaign goals.
