ERP Business Analyst, IQMS - Remote

Overview

As the ERP Business Analyst, IQMS, you will support and grow Silgan’s IQMS ERP landscape, acting as a liaison between the business and development teams while managing projects and providing business analysis.

In Short

• Support and grow the IQMS ERP landscape
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables
• Provide testing, documentation, and configuration of applications
• Assist in the implementation of IQMS at additional facilities
• Conduct training sessions for new systems
• Troubleshoot issues within the IQMS environment
• Gathers requirements from end-users
• Create and maintain reports using Crystal Reports
• Participate in new IQMS implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of IQMS experience
• 3+ years of business analysis experience
• Functional knowledge of IQMS modules
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to cross-train and support all IQMS applications
• Experience with Manufacturing, Accounting, Costing preferred
• Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, and/or Power BI a plus
